What we store
- Your Discord id, username and avatar, from Discord sign-in.
- A hash of each key you redeem (never the key itself) and when you redeemed it.
- The servers the menu reports (name, join code, icon), to show your recent servers.
- IP addresses and times of redemptions, to prevent abuse.
Why
Only to run your account: sign-in, redemption, your recent servers, and spotting abuse.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. Redeeming sends your key and Discord id to Susano, which runs your licence (including any hardware lock) under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
Logs are kept as long as they're needed to prevent abuse. Ask us on Discord to delete your account and its data.
