FAQ

Short answers to the questions we get most.

Where do I get a key?: Keys are sold on Susano. They look like susano-XXXXXXXXXX. On this site they're shown as hellovisual-XXXXXXXXXX; it's the same key.
Can I use my key on two accounts?: No. A key binds to the first Discord account that redeems it, permanently.
What does redeeming a second key do?: It adds time to that product. Classic and Lite keys each extend their own licence.
I changed PC and the menu won't start.: Hardware locks are handled by Susano. Contact Susano support or ask in our Discord to have it reset.
What is "Last injected servers"?: The servers your menu connected to most recently. Press Join to open the server in FiveM.
Why does the site need Discord?: It's the only way to sign in, and your licence on Susano is tied to your Discord id. We store your Discord id, username and avatar.
